Villa Π

Description: The design of the villas with semi-open spaces and courtyards ensures a smooth transition between indoor and outdoor living. The functional layout of the villa has been organized by appropriately placing the common, private, and auxiliary functions, thus creating privacy and seclusion in the residences. The design was guided by careful handling of boundaries. The geometry of the villas allows us to feel the sea, protecting us from prying eyes and giving us the feeling of living without neighbors.
