Residential building

Description: The residential building is located in the panorama of Glyfada Golf Club, and the basic design choice is based on gestures that treat the building not strictly as a function but as a set of experiences. The architectural "idea" negotiates the dialogue between the building and nature, creating a set of spaces with different qualities and views. The composition evolves with a continuous perimeter ribbon-balcony, while the facades are given relief forms. The residences are located within this external movement. The interior space is classified into more private or communal areas, with the main focus on function, orientation, and view. At the same time, the planting of greenery and the water features in the surrounding area allow the natural landscape to penetrate further into the building.
