Havelwerke

Description: The goal of the development, as formulated by Henning Larsen Architects, is to create "a piece of the city." The site has always been characterized by commercial use and is located between a small residential area to the north and large industrial halls to the south and west. The Havelwerke site acts as a buffer zone. A future-oriented mixed use of office, retail, leisure, and culture. KEC Architects was commissioned to further develop the details, including the wood hybrid structure, while coordinating the participating planners.
