Description: This architectural study concerns the design of a two-story residence with a basement, roof, and outdoor swimming pool in Aegina. The residence is being built on a plot with a view of the sea, with an orientation that makes the most of the natural light and the area's magnificent sunsets. The use of stone in parts of the building helps to break up its volume, while at the same time enhancing its connection with the surrounding area. The basement serves as an auxiliary and storage area, including a garage, storage rooms, and technical facilities. The ground floor houses the main living areas, including the living room, kitchen, and dining room. The outdoor swimming pool is designed to be the central core of the garden, with direct access from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The area around the pool is landscaped with natural green spaces green spaces, terraces, and specially designed areas for outdoor activities. The private areas of the residence are located on the upper floor. The roof is hipped with Byzantine tiles.
